These prayers are said by John and I every morning before breakfast

Prayer of Discipleship

I am a point of light within a greater light

I am a strand of loving energy within the stream of love divine

I am a point of sacrificial fire focused within the fiery will of God

And thus I stand.

I am a way by which men may achieve

I am a source of strength enabling them to stand

I am a beam of light shining upon their way

And thus I stand.

And standing thus revolve

And tread these ways the ways of men

And now the way of God

And thus I stand

(we actually say this prayer now having taken the 3^rd line out, as a year ago I was under a lot of pressure helping a family over a period of time and realised that I was giving too much and have since understood that I didn’t have to put in so much of my physical self and should surrender the situation to the Universe more often. When I started to let go and surrender my life became more peaceful. I also realised that I would not be my authentic self if I repeated this 3^rd line.)

Sai Baba’s Morning Prayer

I am determined to carry out all the tasks this day

With You ever present in my Minds eye

Let my thoughts, words and deeds be sacred and pure

Let me inflict no pain on anyone

Let no one inflict pain on me

Guide me Lord, Direct me this day

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God

Let light stream forth into the minds of men.

Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God

Let love stream forth into the hearts of men

May Christ return to Earth

From the centre where the Will of God is known

Let purpose guide the little wills of men –

The purpose which the Masters know and serve

From the centre which we call the race of men

Let the Plan of Love and Light work out

And may it seal the door where even dwells

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

We then go into our own personal  silent prayers

This is one of my own silent prayers

“I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of ALL Humanity.

In this higher level of Christ Consciousness I see with new eyes and hear with new ears.

I respond to every person, place, condition, or thing with Divine Love.

I easily perceive viable solutions that will result in the highest good for all concerned.”

Also every morning when eating my breakfast I consciously acknowledge and honour all the people whose energies have gone into preparing and producing my food and I ask that my thanks can go to each and every one of them for blessings for their highest good. And then an acknowledgement and similar thanks to each of the plants that are within this food.
